Jividen

Jividen Wehnert practices in the areas of criminal law and civil litigation. His range of cases includes practice before multiple Common Pleas Courts, the Superior and Supreme Courts, as well as the federal district and circuit courts.

Jividen Wehnert is a graduate of the University of Delaware where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and a minor in Spanish. Jividen Wehnert earned his Juris Doctorate in 2001 from the Dickinson School of Law in Carlisle, Pennsylvania.

From 2001 through 2003, Jividen Wehnert was an associate at McLain Law Offices, P.C., located in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. While there, Jividen Wehnert’s primary focus was civil litigation, handling numerous cases ranging from custody and support to medical malpractice and personal injury.

In 2003, Jividen Wehnert joined the Monroe County, Pennsylvania, District Attorney’s Office as an Assistant District Attorney. Jividen Wehnert prosecuted hundreds of cases from the preliminary hearing through trial. His cases involved all types of crimes, from driving under the influence to criminal homicide.

Jividen Wehnert is familiar with the law and procedure behind all felony and misdemeanor crimes. Jividen Wehnert is also familiar with lesser offenses such as traffic violations, underage drinking, harassment and disorderly conduct. He has been the lead prosecutor in multiple jury trials and has argued appellate cases before the Pennsylvania Superior Court.

Jividen Wehnert subsequently moved to central Pennsylvania in 2006 when he became an associate at a local law firm located in Camp Hill where he began his career in criminal defense. Jividen Wehnert has developed a respected criminal defense practice through which he has successfully argued numerous cases in front of judge and jury. Jividen Wehnert has also been involved in extensive appellate work within the Pennsylvania Superior and Supreme Courts. In March 2011, Jividen Wehnert formed the law firm of Jividen & Wehnert, LLC.

Jividen Wehnert is admitted to practice in all Pennsylvania courts and the United States Middle District Federal Court. He is a member of the Pennsylvania, Cumberland, and Dauphin Bar Associations. He is affiliated with the Pennsylvania Association of Trial Lawyers and the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
